Effie C. Zuni snake stud earrings. Turquoise & Silver
This lovely pair of authentic Zuni snake earrings by Artist Effie Calavaza features blue turquoise stones in sterling silver sawtooth bezels. 3 of the stones are a greener tone and the 4th is a brighter, different tone of turquoise. I find it endearing but please look closely at the photos.
I have read that the Zuni Tribe believe that the snake is a positive sign of life, death, and rebirth / renewal.
